Communicate effectively means being able to express in each situation, with different people, in a clear and coherent way, according to your mood, but also making it possible to convey a message keeping in mind any possible internal and external interference.
Active listening, feedback, approval are fundamentals in communication that’s why it’s necessary to understand how to use this powerful tool.
We continually communicate, by selecting words and way to formulate our thoughts. We also communicate when we don’t speak, using our eyes, expressions and behaviours.
Each interaction with other people needs a moment of communication, which is the direct consequence of the communication we have with ourselves, through our thoughts and convictions.
Being able to manage a good communicative process in private and social life or in you job prevent you from misinterpretation, and it fosters knowledge and mutual understanding.
After having analysed elements, levels and stages typical of the communication, it’s necessary to train in communicating at your best, by starting with introducing yourself. Few minutes of presentation, to define who you are and what you want to do, to tell a story by using the storytelling techniques, which allow, by using sounds, emotions and words, to establish an empathetic contact with people in sharing sensations.
