Luísa Cruz holds a master’s degree in management with specialization in Service Management by U. Católica Porto Business School. Before joining INOVA’s+ team, she was part of an association focused on consultancy projects for external clients and during that period, she was Chief Project Officer for one year (coordinating all projects) and Chief Talent Officer for other year (focused on the human resources of the association). Luísa is currently working within the International Cooperation Unit at INOVA+, in which she developed experience in working in European projects on education and training, namely in areas such as entrepreneurship, soft skills development, design and implementation of training courses.
